misleading packaging

I recently got the 1:15 scale BTTF Delorean. It says it's BTTF2 but it is actually the first movie version. 1) no mr. fusion on the back, 2) the tires don't fold under. It makes me wonder why they put it out under the 2nd movie when It's not. I eventually plan on getting 2 more if I can find them cheaper and making them accurate to the 2nd and 3rd movie. Sadly while a nice toy the 50.00 they want on BBTS isn't worth it.

I plan on getting the japanese ones for the 3 movies eventually, they come with accessories such as the pole/hook to hit the powerline in the first movie.
