Guys, I need a good camera. It has to take clear pictures and be under $200. Please help me guys!!

Really helpful in searching out Digi-Cams of all types.
$200 will you get you a really nice camera, Especially on ebay.
*Side Note:
I've been using this one:

for about 5 years, And it still holds up to todays cameras.

nikon coolpix L16. They're usually like 150 or so on walmart.com. I was so impressed that I gave them out as gifts.

Seriously? Your pics are great! I have a Motorola Rival, I'll check to see the megapixels for that...
edit: 2 megapixels, now I have to find good lighting I guess.

Get a good phone, 3 megapixels does the job for me. Though my customs were previously taken in 1.3 megapixel
