Who Likes AFI?

Im force to love them my husband loves them and its my daughters favorite band

Never really cared for the new stuff, just the originals like all hallows ep, black sails on the sunset, and the art of drowning

Mine too. I can't think of a single bad song on that album.

Sing the sorrow was also amazing...it's my favorite out of the newer AFI stuff

you know I didn't discover that song until sing the sorrow

You and me both...my favorite album is and always will be Black Sails in the sunset, I miss that sound so much...God called in sick today is one of my personal anthems.

I honestly wish he'd go back to his punk rock days like with third seas, he who laughs last, and days of the phoenix.

That's awesome and yeah I also have the Blaqk Audio and Son Of Sam cds...Right now I'm pretty obsessed with the songs Beautiful Thieves and Darling I want to destroy you from Crash Love. I wish Davey would have done the new Son of Sam cd, but they got some other guy to do it because Davey wasn't interested in that type of music anymore...which is a shame considering how great he was with the horror punk type stuff.

I am a huge AFI fan. I also love all their CDs. I am also a fan of Daves side projects as well (Blaqk audio and son of sam). I admit Crash Love was a tad different then the other stuff but that in no way made it bad. I listened to Veronica Sawyer Smokes 12 times in one day.
