I probably should have clarified that the picture was taken on Dec.1, so I can guarantee it's not a bug, I just thought the pic was cool and I didn't think it would cause this much controversy
I would say I believe that there are things out there that cannot be explained and ghosts could be the answer. I have never seen one or not seen one myself. But not seeing is still believing. If you believe in the man on the lower case "t", who rose from the dead to spread the message of Zombie love and compassion, you have to believe in ghosts.
However after watching the first four seasons of Ghost Hunters I would write that orb off as a bug or some other particle that caught the light of the flash on the camera. The scale compared to the tower, it appears to be really close to the camera. You may not have noticed a bug but many are very reflective.
Looks like dust to me, note that in both night photos there are out of focus spheres that are only slightly lighter than the background and are not emitting/reflecting any light. The one that is lit up must have been at the right angle to reflect the ambient light. If it were a real orb that bright, you should have been able to see it with the naked eye.
And yes I believe that ghosts are possible if not likely to exist. But until I have a personal encounter with the paranormal I can't say for sure.
Yup... I'm ready to believe you! What you have there (if it be real) is an SE, or a spherical essence. They're harmless, almost caustic forms of ectoplasm that are usually found around graveyards or other areas of spiritual turbulance. Nothing to worry about. However, if you're really concerned, pick up the phone and call the professionals!

Just my $.02
Everything circled in red is definatly dust and not a star.

I don't know if that was a ghost in your picture..
But I kind of believe in ghosts.
Why do you say that?
Only thing I wished she believed in, was the idea of her and I being naked together.
I only say that cause she looks a little ghostly....but still sexy

That could be anything from dust to a bug... I wouldn't get too jumpy... but cool photo!
