Action figures and kids

Posted in Action Figure Chatter

I was wondering if any of the members on here with kids or young relatives and have any horror stories about damage to figures becouse of them.

My 3 year old has gotten a hold of a few different figures in her time. So far her kill count includes
-G1 Grimlock
-Classics Cliffjumper (which she managed to snap in two)
-loss of hawkeyes bow (odd part is hawkeye is on a shelf 10 feet too high for her to reach)
-DVDs being taken out of cases and left.
That's it so far.

when I was kid, I accidentally left my he-man zoar bird at a friend's house. Next time I went there to get it, she had broken one of the feet off.

I hate kids!

Well my son has only broke one Spiderman & Friends but he was 6.
Other then that I have to keep the kids away from my toys.
Some times I will be working on a custom and find it under at bed.

I do use my boy to transform my transformers.

Luckily my one year old boy can't get at mine.........yet!!. My customs are in a cabinet with a door on it but the boy has worked out that to get to them all he has to do is open the door

My two year old(might as well say she's two, she'll be turning it on the 19th) broke the blades off of two Freddy Krueger figures in one day...one of them I was able to fix...I never found the blades to the other one though. Bad juju man.
