I just got their Heralds of Galactus set & I can't get Galactus helmet off...his head just pops off. I'm new to minimates & don't know what to do. It's on totally crooked & looks awful. This is a gift & I can't give it looking this stupid. How can I get the helmet off???
What I've tried so far is insert m finger nail and run it all around the base of the helmet in hopes of loosening it. And I put paper over the ball joint to make the head fit on tighter & attempted to get a wiggle goin, but it's nothin doin. If I could just rotate it so his face is centered int he helmet frame I'd be happy.

Maybe Heat and pop. The plastic is stuck to plastic and if you put it in Boiling water for a good saaaayyy 10 seconds??? This will make the plastic expand and more rubbery. take it outta the water and take the helmet off. Then let the plastic harden again. Like Mr. Therapist said I don't know how it will effect minimates as opposed to regular figures.
Normaly when things are stuck I pop them in the freezer for a bit or run them under a hair dryer/ hot water. Only problem is I don't know how this will effect a minimate opposed to a normal figure
