I can't do anything here?

I can't post my WIP thread, I can't post in the rules thread & I can't send any PM 's even to a mod about it? How do I fix this problem?

You need to make a certain number of required posts before you can post pictures and links, it helps prevent a lot of spam bots from running rampant on the forums

Sorry was trying to post this before I got the answer. Because none of my posts would go through. I'm good now, but how come I can't use my signature. It states that I am not aloud to post links yet or something to that nature.
