Figure came without its package

I recently ordered a set of figures and they came without its original package. The original ad said it would come inside the original one. I paid full price for it, what should I have them sellers do? I mean in fair and lawful terms and mainly - if they don't have it anymore, how much can I expect as a refund?

totally depends on the figure, box condition, buyer intent to keep in package or open. depends where you bought it from and payment method. etc.

Thanks, my question would actually be how much would a moc value differ from a loose figure, in percentages...

If youre talking about legal action, youre better off getting a free consultation with a lawyer.

If you don't want the stuff then just return it. Sounds like the seller just wanted to save on shipping, ask them to send the packages before they trash them.

I never keep packages, so they have zero value to me.
