Check where it says "Or Browse by Toy Series, Creator or Contest.", under the search fields.
http://www.figurerealm.com/customfigure?action=search
When you visit a Customizer's Profile, there's a "Become a Fan" link there
Example:
http://www.figurerealm.com/publicprofile?uid=55
(I would love to tailor the Showcase to customizers as well as make it easy for potential customers to find someone to hire, but it's not my call)

Heh, yeah. You can also still search by creator, series, etc, all on that same Search page.
