Fixing a peg hole

Fixing a peg hole

Custom WorkstationHello Guys, I need some help. I'm trying to place a DCUC bicep on a ML peg and I had to trim a part of each piece to fit (or so I thought). I then tried an unaltered DCUC bicep on that same peg and it fit which means I did uneccessary dremmeling
. My question is could I still use the bicep I dremmeled if I fill it with hot glue or apoxie putty, place it on the peg and just twist the bicep to make sure it still swivels? Or will it just fuse both pieces together?
Thanks in advance!

If you use the hot glue the swivel will still work but it'll be super stiff. when you turn it, you now have to overcome the friction of the dried hot glue which is also a little sticky.
If you use apoxie, it's fine as long as you move the joint once in a while to keep it from locking up.
Advantage of hot glue is that you can easily remove the arm by heating it up again, advantage of Apoxie is that it's a permanent fix.
