Capes and Hoods

HI i was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for a white cape for a 6" dcuc figure, ultimately one could be painted but if i could get one that is white it would be a great help. im also after suggestions for a head/hood like a snowtrooper/cobra commander/ kkk hood(apologies no offence intended if taken, its the only way to describe what im after) the colour of which doesnt matter

Prolly gonna have to sculpt that part. There's also a Dr. Doom in ROML with a white cape n cowl.
