Starman scale?

I was wondering if anyone has the DCU series 15 Jack Knight Starman, and if you could tell me if he is in scale with the Batman 66 action figure line or the Movie Master line which appear to be the same size. What I want to make are some goon/henchmen to go with the 66 line. The Starman looks like it could be a good base, on the show the henchmen usually would wear just black pants and shirt. If anyone knows if this figure is in scale or has any other suggestion for a base would be greatly appreciated.

Starman is going to be taller and wider than the 66 Batman or Movie Master figures. He comes from the DCUC line which leans more 6.5 inch scale than 6 and the 66 line and Movie masters border between 6 inch and 5 inch scales.

Here are Movie Master Batman and 66 Batman next to DCUC figures.
