Custom Picture Upload Fix

When submitting a custom, a handful of users have had some issues uploading certain pictures taken with particular devices. This was the issue when the "Upload Picture" button was clicked, the picture didn't upload and no error message was given. We believe we have fixed this issue.

Anyone who was experiencing this before, could you please respond to this topic and let us know if it now works for you?

Can a picture rotation option be added? I'm having issues with my latest submission. Thanks in advance.

We don't have plans to add a rotation option. To rotate an image, it makes the picture slightly more blurry every time you rotate it. It's better to rotate, or not rotate, the camera that's taking the picture.

http://www.figurerealm.com/customfigure ... w&id=77833 it keeps saying "This does not appear to be a valid custom, or it was removed." and the only thing that comes to mind is, after uploading 4 pics I moved the last one to the top to be the primary pic, wasn't sure if that caused this issue as I stumbled across this topic when checking to see if others had a similar issue.

Sometimes happen. Not sure if it cause from your side or internet network.. I will repeat to click upload picture button till the picture appear..
