WWE litte people

Hey Guys, I was wanting to know if anyone has tried using different arms on the WWE Torito or Hornswoggle? I'm trying to make a character that is small like Jacob Marlowe from WildC.A.T.S. and was gonna use one of those figures but wanted to change arms. I was thinking of using some from a Marvel Universe scale figure but didn't know if they would be to long or just out of proportion? Any thoughts?
