Help, want to make a cool star wars jedi action figure!

A few days ago I made a drawing of an Fallen Jedi, and I also found this site. So I came up the idea to create a custom action figure of a jedi!
Only now I need your help because i never made a custom before, I only painted a bit long ago with the Games Workshop warhammer. What brings me on the idea to also make one of the vostroyan
imperial guard baddies. But I've never done such things before so if you could help me, I can complete my objective
