Peg issues

Posted in Custom Workstation

Hey guys, Quick question. I'm attempting to make a custom using a WWE Elite torso and a Marvel Legends lower half and the peg from th ML lower half is smaller than the hole on the Elite upper. What would be the best way to join these 2? I was thinking hot glue in the torso to fill up the hole and then join the 2. I don't want to lose any articulation otherwise I would just glue them together. Would the hot glue work and stay together over time? Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!

You can try gluing a plastic screw into one part then screwing the other half into the other part. Using a plastic screw makes it easier to snip the head off, and it fuses to plastic better.

You can even adjust the height of the figure by adding washers between the two halves.

Or try the hot glue, that usually works.

Cool! Thanks for the suggestions! Yeah I'm trying to figure the best way to make it as sturdy as possible. I've never tried the plastic screw method.
