Has anyone attempted a head swap with a DC Legends Action Figure and a WWE Basic Action figure?

I'm hoping to use the base of a WWE Diva Action figure, size 7" and replace the head with a DC Legends Action figure, size 6.5".

1) Are They pop-off/pop-on compatible?
2) Will the size difference be obviously noticeable?

Thanks heatherly84. That sheds some light.

Specially, I was looking at add the head of Arrow TV Series Felicity Smoak to the body of WWE Diva Eva Marie - WWE Series 59.

My sculpting skills are still in the early stages and I require an athletic body to go with a head that has pulled back hair and no bangs. It helps that Felicity Smoak also comes with glasses, which I also require. I could remove the skirt and waist band from Felicity and work with resculting the waist, but I think her build is too thin for what I require.

Okay, having Googled both figures and judged their pictures, it looks like they both have ball-jointed necks, which means there's a decent chance they are pop-on/pop-off compatible. The Eva Marie neck looks a little bulkier, which means that Felicity's head socket might be a little too small. The only way to be certain is to try it. If it won't fit, your options from there are to either dremel the neck socket to make it a little bigger, or to make a silicone mold of the head, enlarge the mold with silicone solvent, and cast a new head in the mold. You can read about the process of enlarging and shrinking molds here: https://www.smooth-on.com/support/faq/155/

Personally, I recommend casting the head in resin whether you're intending to dremel or shrink it, because making a copy of the head allows you to work non-destructively. (I.e, if you mess up, your original head is still intact, and you can just make another copy to try again.)

If you could specify which figures you want to use, that might be easier to answer. 6.5" and 7" are fairly close, and generally, it will look less weird, IMO, to put the smaller head on the bigger body than the reverse. But pop-off/pop-on compatibility will depend in large part on whether you're going swivel neck to swivel neck, or ball-jointed to ball-jointed. From what I can tell, the WWE Divas line is largely ball-jointed necks, but I can't actually find a line of action figures called DC Legends to see if that's the case. Do you mean DC Direct?
