I know the smallish 2.5 inch has the shorter jacket. Marvel Legends and most figures I know of have the longer one which I collected. Does anyone know where there could be his shorter flight jacket one?
Maybe wait till the 2nd Guardians movie for a new fig? I bet Hasbro will make a new short jacket one for GOTG Vol. 2. Here's one for the current GOTG cartoon:
As far as I know the only way to get a short jacket Star-Lord would be to customize him and cut the jacket down or something. I guess it depends what kind of scale you want, as the only other Star-Lord I can find with a short jacket is one of those little Hero Mashers, which...aren't the most fantastic looking. If you want one in a particular scale with the flight jacket, you'll probably need a custom.
