Any suggestions for double-hinged female arms?

Posted in Custom Workstation

I'd like some 6-inch scale female arms that look strong and have double-hinge elbows for poseability. Is there anything out there like that? I just want the elbows to look decent and bend well, not only 90 degrees, so I'm open to almost any type of joint.

I got the ASM2 figure, it's smaller than the other standard Spiderman figures. Fortunately the arms (up to the bicep swivel) are as long and as buff as the ML female arms, like on Ms Marvel - http://www.figurerealm.com/actionfigure ... ermanmovie

Really nice, however they have that spiderman suit texture all over them, AARRGG!

Do any of you know what figure uses arms like this but without the texture?

Either way, I like the size and texture of this Spidey to keep it as my One True Spidey for display lol, gonna get rid of my mcfarlane one from way back.

I've been eyeballing the new Spider Man shorter guys (Peter Parker and Miles Morales) to steal the arms for girls. They are in proportion to the girl figures and have double jointed arms more on the slender side. Also many option hands!

Good idea, I just hope they don't look like little baby T-rex arms since those figs are shorter. Can anyone post comparison pics?

I was thinking of using the skinny spiderman buck's arms, with some mods, but I don't have one of those either to compare lol

One more idea! Toy biz marvel legends figures always had weird proportions and are now smaller than your typical Hasbro marvel legends (if that's what your customising), you can take like a skinny Spiderman arms or some other skinny armed male figure and use that for your "strong-armed female woman custom"

That's true, I think the old Wasp/Spiderwoman figure had arms that were a decent size/thickness. They were kinda like the current WWE lady arms but with a double hinge. Either way I don't think I'm going to escape needing to sculpt

Maybe if the arms were hidden by clothes, but they won't be

Just a crazy idea, maybe if took a marvel universe figure's legs and spliced the joints on.
1) they're cheap and 2) they're usually double jointed.

That could work, but the idea is to find strong looking arms already that I don't have to alter too much. At that point I might as well just sculpt the whole arms, since that's what I'd have to do to blend the parts together lol

Maybe DC icons Harley Quinn, but I think it's expensive considering its popularity, unless you track it down at a comic book store or something....

Unfortunately those figures are way too small, theyre even smaller than the Spidergirl body in the marvel legends line
