Custom WorkstationHey there, just thought I'd show some of my current work in progress. Not trying to be super creative with these, just trying to fill in some holes in my collection.
ARES: Just got started. So far I removed the spikes on each side of the knee armor and heel spurs. Made the belt using Sentrie's, much work to be done with it still. Will also fill in the holes in the shoulders. Also need to find him a gun and gun holster. Sword, knife and head are from Clayorrnot. The axe I just had laying around and I actually don't know what it's from, but it looks good with Ares.
X-FORCE X-23: Also just got started. Swapped the lower legs, feet and lower arms with Mockingbird's. I'm considering keeping Silk's feet after handling it a bit though. I don't know why but Mockingbird's booted feet are somewhat unstable. Silk's don't look booted but would still work fine, IMO.
X-FORCE Warpath: Very much trying to replicate the look of the original figure here. I've always imagined Warpath to be very beefy so I stuck with the original base figure. My only major annoyance is the closed fist which I can't do anything about (unless someone has a cast of Hukling's/Warpath's). Head, knifes and belt are from Clayorrnot. The belt I will rework so the buckle is larger and will possibly make some knife sheaths in the back.
RED HULK: He's done. Haven't yet taken pictures but probably will submit it here during my Christmas vacation.

It's pretty decent. I bought one for my own collection and you can hardly tell, it might even be legit for all I know. Got a second one to make my Red Hulk custom from the same seller and that one had some excess plastic on the seams and other areas but noting a x-acto can't fix. Articulation and everything is just like the regular figure. Waiting on the third but I'm fairly certain it's going to be the same.
Pupils?...I'd just give him a cool pair of sunglasses lol
As for eyebrows, you can take a Micron Pen, size 005, and draw the eyebrows on. You'll need a steady hand, and most importantly, you will need to wait at least a day for the ink to dry completely. After it dries, go over the ink with Modge Podge a couple of times. That will seal the ink,and keep it from rubbing off or smudging.
Keep in mind, until you seal the ink, even after it dries, it can still smudge on your fingers, so work carefully.
