1 I don't think I should attempt this.

But if i did...
Where would the pour point be?

Near the ball joint?

The other potential challenge.
Would resin even fill that shape correctly?
(Need extremely low viscosity)

You can grab a wing off ebay for around 5 to 15 dollars if you're patient, which is a hell of a lot cheaper than what you're going to spend in casting and molding supplies, not to mention the aggravation of bubbles if you don't have a pressure pot
