Hiding Pins Holes?

Posted in Custom Workstation

Hi all, I'm just wondering if anyone had a good way of covering/hiding pin joint holes? I've painted a few elbow and knee pin joints where the paint didn't match the rest of the body but was wondering if there were any easy ways of covering/hiding the pin altogether so it's less noticeable? I wouldn't want to hinder articulation of coarse but hopefully there's a way to "fill in" or smooth over the little pin hole without the joint becoming stuck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much in advance! Jamie.

It's straightforward, just fill it in with apoxie sculpt or whatever, sand it smooth and paint it. No matter how much clay you stuff in the hole, you won't lock up the pin.

I've seen commercials for a paste that people use to fix scratches on their cars, supposedly it also closely matches the color of the paint. I wonder if something like that could be used for figures?
