There are far (far far ) better sculptures out there ZoltanMotherwell, ENulmerfigs, VicVeinz and STUDIOGENESIS to name a few.
Here is my humble attempt to share the how to with the willing

cut the mouth out with dremel

filled in negative space with sculpted teeth

bit by bit build up the face hardening the clay as you go ( i used heat gun)
