Beautiful details! I’m not familiar with this guy. He feels like the Cobra Trap-jaw!

Thank you! Ya know, it is a fact that many of Hasbro's GI Joe characters are plays on other characters in media or their own staff...I never thought of that for this character, by you are right, he is does seem like the Cobra version of Trap Jaw! I wonder if that is where they drew him up from???
