I cut off his ugly pug boy eyes and cheeks. Then I used milliput to resculpt his cheekbones and eyes. Then I repainted the entire face. I drilled a tiny hole in his mouth to hold a removable cigarette. I was going for how Snake appears in the Codex communication screen during the first PS1 game.
