So at the time I made this custom, we still hadn't gotten ANY version of Julia Carpenter, which I found super frustrating. And while I'm happy to see the character FINALLY get an up to date figure in an upcoming wave, I already have Anya Corazon sporting a similar black and white costume. Besides, I actually like the fact that the character took up the Madame Web role. I opted to go with this outfit (which I've found one image of from the comics, but was adapted into the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon of all things) rather than her more well known Trenchcoat one because I'm a sucker for spandex.

Base- Jessica Drew Spider-woman
Head- Dagger

Pretty straightforward, sculpted on the lenses of the goggles, then painted the whole thing. IIRC I also added a gloss coat to the lenses, but this is one I've had finished for awhile now.
