This is Katma Tui, in his animated version, like she appeared in Justice League Animated. I had been thinking about making this custom for a long time, and when I got a few cheap Katma Tuis off eBay, I jumped on it. I strengthened arms, resculpted hair and head, changed hands (those 3.75 inches hands of the original were ridiculous) and made a whip energy construct. This was going to be for my personal collection, but after making her, I thought I'd rather make another version of her, and as my shelf is far too crowded for more Katmas, I thought better to auction her to a collector who will appreciate it more than I.
