Finally making more Project Superpowers figures. I haven't read much of the series, but man these designs are awesome. The Hood is an FBI agent who got tired of the justice system not working. With no powers, he donned a suit, and started fighting crime.

Sculpted up the belt and gave him gauntlets from Captain America. Head was a Grifter cast from AngelForge with the hair sanded off and the head rounded out with sculpt. Cape came from a Rogue One Darth Vader. Full repaint, and all done!
