Survivalist, murderer, Range Viper Commander, Skull Buster is one mean dude. Skull Buster trains all Cobra Range Viper recruits personally and has no problem demonstrating his extreme abilities to survive in even the harshest of environments. One of the most unsettling things to other troopers within the Cobra ranks is that he will often return from one of his "training" missions with a lot more gear than he originally left with!!
