Originally, the Owl was something of a Batman pastiche. Brought back in Project Superpowers however, he was released from the Urn of Pandora with flight and the ability to project a field of black light.

Cut the collar off the Grim Reaper cape and glued it in place. Rounded it out with sculpt, then sculpted up the emblem on his chest. Head was from the BossFight male blank with the eyes and head piece sculpted on. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
