I didn't know much about The Shade until recently reading his mini series and he is freaking awesome. He's an absurdly powerful character and suave to boot! I admit that this is a previously used and rather easy custom but, honestly, those are sometimes the best kind. Something you can knock out in a couple of hours, maybe with stuff you have on hand, and can then have a brand new figure all your own. I hope seeing my take helps someone else out who might want a Shade figure themselves. He's a Madlove Joker body with a Mr. Fantastic movie figure's head. The glasses came from a movie Blade figure. His hat from from a Penguin knockoff I got from China and took a LOT of patient sanding to get it to fit. I forgot to get pictures showcasing this but his top hat and glasses are both removable still too!
