I was inspired by Gotham DoD's Batman that I had to make my own. He was made from a Captain Boomerang base with sculpted veil and bat emblem. The ears are wire with melted plastic over them because I didn't want them to break off. I found a batarang weapon from an old 90's toy that worked perfect for the belt buckle.
