Gun barrel from an old pen cap
Backpack from Legos.

After removing the original backpack tank treads, I modified a section and added a new articulated transformable gun barrel back pack. In the end, I give you G1 Megatron.

The Decepticon logo looks cool. Is that from the base figure or u hand painted? Overall this was an impressive custom.

It does but I didn't add that in there. The head made the figure close to his G1 head sculpt.

I tried an alt mode and no can do. The only thing I can come up with is a battle platform alt mode but it looks like crap.

I do have an alt mode but it is based off of the Family Dollar/Dollar General authentics alpha class (big one) Megatron that I am using when he transforms into tank mode.
