Don’t ask why, but I always wanted one Easterling, with a removable helmet.

So I’ve removed the helmet (SURPRISE; SUPRISE
!) hollowed it out; replaced the droopy „feeler“ by one cut of plastic and bent in shape (They are not just glued on, but attached by rivets, made of sculpy)

Cut off the neck of the original Easterling-head and attached it to a Harradrim-head, which wound cloth around his face and I’ve resculpted, to fit into the helmet. Repainted the face.

One sculpted half-moon application on the belt.
Sword sculpted from scratch.
Attached the spear-blade and the pommel on a longer pole, by drilling tiny wholes and gluing neddles in it, to get a plug-in connection;
Printed a banner on red fabric and attached it.

Done.
