Simple little custom. I had the DC Supeheroes Darkseid which is an awesome figure however standing next to the build a figure Kalibak he seemed a little shorter. So to give the New God and Lord of Apokolips a more intimidating look I took matters into my own hands. The recipe was rather simple, it was a Marvel Legends Toybiz Apocalypse series Omega Red, I removed the hair piece and used epoxy sculpt for his helmet and sculpted around his gloves where the Omega Red wires were to fill the holes. Then I painted him up with a special textured paint and his costume took around 8 layers of paint and then to top it off I took the Maestro Hulk belt and modified it and painted it then voila! I was finished.
