Dr Steel

For the oldest of us, Dr. Steel is not only a DJ, clone of Hugo Strange, it's also a character in the Big Jim series.
He’s a master of martial arts who is characterized by a dragon tattoo on the chest, and especially his metalic right hand.
I had in stock a lot of WWE Create superstar with many doubles of pieces and tattooes. So I wanted to make Dr. Steel's quick custom. With double parts of my fodder, I made him a damaged alternate parts. It is not, strictly speaking, a custom, rather an interpretation for the fun.
