Was never happy with the ML rogue headsculpt so was very hopeful once I saw the Select rogue. Hoping it could be scavenged or at the very least a quick head swap with the ML to fit in with that line. Turns out the Select Head would sit too low on the ML neck. I followed another fellow customizers idea of using a screw to extend the neck joint to reach the Select Head. I then drilled a small hole into the hair to steal the ML bandanna sash. Now that the Head was settled I decided to upgrade the jacket. The select jacket is miles better but the holes for the sleeves are too wide for the ML arms so her whole armpit area is exposed. Now I figured I’d try the select arms to fill that gap and the added double jointed elbows gave me more of a reason to try. You can just heat and pop the arms right out of the socket. Worked out great but the forearms are too long and the green doesn’t match... to fix this and avoid any paint matching or paint rub, I sliced the ML’s elbow pegs and slid them into the selects double jointed elbows. I glued the sliced side but kept moving the joint while it dried. This made the gap tighter and the joint sturdier. Now all that was left was painting. I paint matched all the Select hands to work with the ML then repainted the whole head except the eyes.
