A figure which is part of my Marshal Law range of customs. Again-very simple recipe!
The Sleepman is a major character in the first Marshal Law story Arc and I fealt that he was a valuable addition to my custom range of Marshal Law figures.

I took a Ripclaw figure(don't know who he is but I got him cheap!)as he already had the claws/blades on his hands as the Sleepman does-that saved a major headache -I wasn't sure how I would have gone about making the claws-anyhoo Ripclaw seemed a good choice-the claws are not exact to the comic version but they saved me a headache so that'll do for me! I then simply cut off the hair moulded the bag/mask with Milliput leaving the eyehole. The cloak is from a Lord of the Rings figure-can't remember the name-one of the bad guys -and it suited the Sleepman's tattered look he had in the comics. The rest was easy-a good coat of black paint and voila! One Sleepman.

I recommend anyone who is not familiar with Marshal Law to pick up the books- I don't want to go into details here about the Sleepmans character suffice to say he isn't a nice person!
