I have always loved Kryptonian villains, so I was excited when they showed up in Superman The Animated Series. General Jax-ur and Mala were two new characters, but filled the roles of General Zod and Ursa from the movie Superman II. I used a armored Deluxe Superman that came along later in the line as the base body. I created the chest piece and other details such as the nobs and the square patches on his pants with styrene plastic and epoxy. I used a Bruce Wayne head, adding the beard, redrawing the eyebrows for a more sinister expression, and adding the eye patch/device. He turned out great and has been a favorite of mine for a long time now!
