When I was at the Disney store I saw a toybox Princess Leia figure and immediately thought it would be the perfect base to make one of my favorite pokemon, Gardevoir. Personally I call her Fiona, after my party Gardevoir from Pokemon Y. This is the second time I've turned a princess Leia figure into a Nintendo character (my first being Black series Leia made into Urbosa.) The toybox Leia is an action figure based on her minifigure from Disney Infinity (funny they waited until after the game series was cancelled to make this action figure series but whatever) so it has a simpler aesthetic that looks much more like the character designs from pokemon. Her head and hands are made from apoxie sculpt, the ears and part of her dress are craft foam, and the heart piece is made from card stock.
