Here is my 12 inch custom figure of Snake Eyes, based on the original design. Hasbro has always done a bad job when it came to making 12 inch figures of the old classics from the 1980s, dating back to those laughable Hall of Fame figures in the 90s. I always wanted 12 inch figures of the original characters, so I made them myself. I used the original figure and the card art for reference. I used a Lanard body for the base. They don't have a ton of articulation, but they fill out the uniforms a lot better without being over exaggerated. The head is actually from the Hall of Fame Snake Eyes. I made the visor myself, and I sculpted the part of the mask that covers his mouth. The shirt comes from a Hall of Fame Ninja Snake Eyes. The rest of the articles of clothing and accessories were ordered online. My goal is to make 12 inch figures that look like an actual toy that Hasbro could have and should have produced.
