Continuing with my custom figures based on the Batman films of the 1990s, I offer up the Jack Nicholson version of the Joker from Tim Burton's classic 1989 film. To make Jack, I used the head from Kenner's Dark Knight Collection. I cut the top of his head off and used the hat from Machine Gun Joker of the Animated Series line, trimmed down to look like the movie. I used a standard Joker figure from Batman The Animated Series for the body, with Machine Gun Joker's arms. The Kenner movie figure was too slim and looked like the comic book more than Nicholson, which is why I opted for the Animated sculpt instead. I used epoxy to craft the coattails onto the figure. This is why I filled the leg joints in, as movement would possibly break the coattails. The neck tie is made out of paper. I used Bob The Goon's gun for his accessory and added the long telescoping barrel myself. The paint job was tricky, but ended up okay! Please check out my other Batman movie custom figures!
