Here is my custom figure of Mr. Freeze as played by Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1997's Batman & Robin, a cool customer to be sure! While not a fan of the movie, I do really like the costume designs. Hasbro dropped the ball as usual on their movie action figures, releasing weird concept figures of Freeze in the line, but Mr. Freeze was one that they came back and did right in later waves of figures. All I did was give Mr. Freeze a repaint, with gray for the undersuit, blue for the glowing areas, and some black piping on his stomach. I added hobby wire to connect all of the pieces of the armor on the back side, since it all needed to be centrally connected for power. The gun too some work. I cut off the laser barrel and hollowed it out, then used the inner tube of an empty ink pen for a new barrel, filled with blue paint. I drilled a hole in the front casing, then reglued it to the gun. I added some sculpy to the back side of the gun to correct a detailing mistake, then I painted the gun a different color from the suit so that it would stand out. I detailed the small lights with blue and painted the power gauge on one side. And there we have it, a screen accurate Mr. Freeze!
