This is my take on what the turtle van would have looked like in the universe of the 1990 TMNT film. I see it as the next iteration of April’s white VW van; maybe the turtles got it up and running again at the farm and gave it a custom paint job. The base is a maisto vw “samba” van. I bought it used to make this project with, I raised its profile (it was more of a low rider) and made custom hub caps, and painted new color and weathering on almost all surfaces (originally red and white). *SOLD* This one's on eBay! I really wanted to make it but unfortunately I don't have room for it on my shelves right now and I don't do SCBA myself, but I think it could be great for some photos with your 90 TMNT Neca figures : )  Please wait... |
