No, I didn't touch the paint job (never said I did). This was an excellent figure straight from Hasbro, all it needed was a little something extra that they forgot... ball jointed elbows. So that's what I added.

Please note. All he did was add ball joints to the arms...and he did a great job with it. He did not do the paint job, do not give him praise for that.
