The figure is based on the old school Prowler from the Spider-man comics of the 60's...Hobie Brown was he's name,an inventor,who couldn't move forward with his talent,but after creating his costume as the Prowler,he is torn by decision,of becomig a hero or a villian,when he tries to do the right thing in his life or steal back from the rich and the wealthy, which is a character that somehow may be relatable too, as he is a struggling figure trying to make things better for himself.
