Finishing a pair of custom Deathbirds for a costumer, I had the female completed awhile back. Now the male counterpart is done. I went with a little smaller plum of feathers thinking in general women tend to have thicker, fuller hair so the same must be true for Deathbirds. ALso, he could just be younger...not quite grown into his full plumage.
