Eros AKA Starfox, Titan and brother of Thanos. Back in the day I think this was a standard custom for anyone working in 5inch toybiz figures. Quicksiliver base with minor sculpting for collar and shoulders. He's not around much in the comics but he's a great character to read - I would have loved to have seen him in the MCU.
