This is a halberdier, made from Sharku with the armor of Grishnack and legs of the Uruk-Hai berserker.
The shield is from the bloodaxe McFarlane Spawn figure.
The halberd, leg and lower arms armour are custom made.
The helmet is playmobil.
The skull is from the Spawn Tiffany figure.
He is gruesome.
