Based on the descriptions in the books.
Aragorn's face was sculpted from the likeness of a friend of mine, 3D-printed, and painted with acrylic paints. His hair was made from acrylic yarn. He clothing was handsewn/fabric glued, along with his belt/scabbards. His belt buckle, sword, and dagger were also 3D-printed and painted with acrylics (and enamels for the metallic colors).
